We were honored to welcome ESPN Vice President Norby Williamson to the CHAMP Center during his recent visit. A proud Connecticut native, Norby grew up in Waterbury and attended Holy Cross High School and then SCSU for college before embarking on an illustrious career at ESPN. Over the years, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the network’s success and innovation in sports broadcasting.
During his visit to CHAMP, Norby explored the cutting-edge assessments and services we provide, including our VO₂ max testing, DEXA scans, and Biodex Isokinetic Dynamometer for strength evaluations. He expressed his enthusiasm for the ways we are serving the community by offering science-driven tools to improve health, athletic performance, and overall well-being.
