We are athletes, students, Ph.Ds, and a community. We started this center with one thing in mind, to bring our knowledge to the community and help others achieve their goals. Our lab has served the public for over 50 years! Our amazing space has the capability to inform you about many aspects of your health. We thrive on research, we get excited at the prospect of helping people become stronger, more confident, and better versions of themselves. We love to collaborate, to teach, and we love to learn. Our team is some of the most dedicated in the northeast, and you will realize that when you walk in the door!
