Dr. Lunn earned his B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and began his career in the pharmaceutical industry. After reading Exercise Physiology books for fun, he left the pharmaceutical industry to earn his M.S. in Exercise Science from Southern Connecticut State University and his Ph.D. in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Connecticut.

In his free time, he enjoys skiing, dreaming about his glory days as a competitive triathlete, and taking naps with his dogs.
