Why We Started
The CHAMP Center was founded with one clear purpose: to bring our knowledge to the community and help individuals achieve their goals. We are athletes, students, researchers, PhDs, and, above all, a community. For over 50 years, our lab has proudly served the public, and our state-of-the-art facility provides comprehensive insights into many aspects of your health and performance.

Our exercise physiologists are passionate about research and driven by the opportunity to help people grow stronger, more confident, and become the best versions of themselves. We value collaboration, education, and continuous learning. Our team is among the most dedicated in the Northeast, and you’ll feel that commitment the moment you walk through our doors.
