VO2 max (bike/treadmill): Prepare: 1. The VO2max test is a maximal effort test; you will be exercising at your greatest effort. 2. As you will be exercising for maximal effort, wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing and running/cycling shoes. 3. Eat/drink as you see fit (as you would before a high-intensity exercise/training session). However, we recommend not consuming a heavy meal too close to the test (
